Hit the 200 item limit PAYPAL wants a new email Can I just add new one

I have just hit the 200 item list in PAYPAL and now unable to list any more items on EBAY because PAYPAL wants a new email address. Can I just make a up a new Gmail account to add and get my listing ability back?
