Laptop Issues
 

I have an HP touchscreen laptop I use strictly for just PayPal. I went to add another account today because my other one is reaching the limit. For some reason it's giving me a white screen when it says add other user to computer. Does anybody have any experience with fixing it? I've shut it off a coiled times and even deleted my old accounts off the computer.

Never heard of anything like that. Adding a user account should be a simple matter.
Perhaps going the Virtual Machine route will be a simpler solution if you cannot overcome this problem.

It's not giving me the opportunity to make a new account. It's driving me nuts

A few options:
1. Contact the store you bought the laptop at for assistance.
2. Contact HP customer service.
3. Do a fresh install of Windows 7 (avoid Win10) on your laptop and start over.

What is the OS that you have. I would install windows 7 shell if you have windows 8 or 10. It is a shell that looks like windows 7. Only do it if you are comfortable with 7.

On my business laptop, it has windows 8.1 with the windows 7 shell.

Maybe try to create new user account using netplwiz.exe

It is a windows file so you can search for it on your hard drive or in 'file manager' program, goto 'file' menu and choose 'run new task' and enter 'netplwiz.exe in there and enter and it should run.

I'll check that out, it it doesn't work, I'll just have to do a hard reset and get everything back. I have one account with $425 I'm taking out, but I'm more concerned with the one that has over 2000 in it
