Paypal Withdrawing (US)

I have a US PayPal 100% verified VBA + VCC, Can I add a prepaid card or reloadable visa or a rushcard something along them lines and withdraw to it?

I dont live in the US so if the above does not work does anyone have any options as to how to withdraw from my Paypal ???

Money from US account can be withdrawed via bank account only.

You can send money to other accounts but it is risky and long term could generate issues.

[Since you are not living in US, it would be better to change your flag according to the country you are operating from]
