How important is your LLC name?
 

I have read in a few places that your LLC should be close to your stealth name, ie Joe Smith LLC... Does this really matter to Paypal and Amazon? I would rather make the name be something more brandable if possible but I don't want it to cause my accounts to go down. I would want to use my new company's name publicly on eBay and Amazon if it is safe to do so. Has anyone ever had issues with their LLC name being something unrelated to their stealth's personal name? Paypal only really looks at the EIN anyway right?

I have never made a llc name after a person . I always make something like usave2hobby outdoor 4sure llc never had a problem

Yeah I make my business names sound like real businesses. I've never used any part of a stealth name to name an LLC. Western Wholesale LLC, American Outdoor Accessories LLC, etc...
