How can I withdraw money from my paypal account
 

So guys, I am in a little bit of a spot. I have seen similiar posts but none give the advice I need. I am in a little bit of a situation.

Here is the issue, I have a US stealth account bought from the Aspkin store. Great account, it has been up and running since March, bought things with it, and sold several electronical goods on eBay, all with no problems. I would really like to withdraw some of the money in my Paypal account. So here is my problem

I live in the UK, and have a UK bank account so cannot link that.
My girlfriend Paypal is locked until she is 18
Cannot really start sending $100 to my Fathers PayPal as he will just ask questions plus that is a sure way to get limited.
Tried the method of buying Bitcoins with Paypal (Virwox Method) however my VPS that I use to og in is located in New York and Virwox do not give their services to New York residents. I am literally out of options. I have looked on Paxful and they exchange rates are ridiculous or every trader wants you to upload ID. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can withdraw my from paypal! It is in great standing, but I have no idea on what I can do?

Oh I also am not able to create my own paypal as my paypal has been closed so I cannot do that!
