Which is the best VCC for paypal SG

Hi,
I need a good VCC for paypal Singapore, preferably reloadable and withdrawal possibility. Can anyone please offer a solution? This paypal account is a good one, aged with lots of transaction histories. last card expired recently, so I need to add one.

Singapore PayPal cannot withdraw to VCC or CC only US or local Bank Account.

Thanks, do you think adding a VCC may harm my account anyway?

As ilcarletto said, I'm thinking to open a virtual bank account in the US and add that.

...sorry, I miss the point in here... you are in Singapore, why don't you simply open a bank account in Singapore and add that to your PayPal?

No need to go all the way to US.

My account is already verified, just wanna add a visa card to it so I can withdraw.

Yes, I had a bank account from Singapore attached before, which I needed to remove for obvious reason.

The VCC isn't going to effect your ability to withdraw

You need a bank account added in order to withdraw to the bank account

I have another question to you, What if I buy paypal+ebay stealth accounts, sell products using these accounts and then transfer the revenue generated to my real paypal account?

Would that be risky?

That would be risky yes

When sending money from one account to another over and over PayPal work out something is going on and will often limit the account (they have even been know to limit both the accounts involved)
