100% verified still cant use Paypal credit
 

So i have added a VBA and a personal vcc from store and they worked without problem. My account limits have been lifted from doing 2/3 confirmation to verify my account. Side bar from logging in says my prefered payment method is "paypal credit" but when i try to pay invoices or send money it says that my paypal balance needs more funding. I have a 0$ balance,do i need to have a small amount to use paypal credit funds or will i have to go beyond measure to call paypal myself and ask for them to look? As much as i would try to avoid calling them it seems like they are giving me no other option.

Any feedback/opinions? this regards spending "PAYPAL CREDIT"

And how exactly would you get a 'Paypal credit' account if this is a stealth account...?

In order to get credit, you need to fill out a credit ap with your social security number even if you use a EIN. Then if your credit score and other factors is suitable for symphony bank or whoever they are using at the moment, you can get credit.

Cant get paypal credit or any other credit on stealth accounts. Just is not possible with today's banking rules and Federal Laws.

this is not a stealth account

also it says i have an available "2000.00" credit and i have set it up as prefered payment for both online/in-store payments

Just a quick tip, it would help knowing all the facts when you post a question....and knowing the account isn't stealth would of been helpful to know from the beginning.

this is shady..looks to me that the account is not yours and you purchased it with that credit balance on it and attached the vcc and vba.

Exactly my thoughts.
If OP has gone through 'so much limitation' there is no way he could open another account using his real info and furthermore get a paypal credit account approved on such an account.
the whole thing sounds VERY shady.
And the reason its not 'working' is because paypal's security system can see that theres something wrong here. You got a new account with zero history and youre immediately trying to use the paypal credit account - you think theyre dumb? They most certainly are NOT.
