Verifying with the Simon Card

Ok, I have now added this card to my paypal account to lift receiving limit and, so far so good. However, I'm concerned that when they go to refund the money onto my card, they will realize that it's non-refundable and thus look into it further and realize it's a Simon card. I had a problem with this card not being accepted on eBay for "reoccuring mthly payments", so I want to make sure I'm not screwed here if they discover it's a Simon.

Paypal does not refund money onto the card. They charge $1.95 and as soon as the card has been verified, the $1.95 goes to your Paypal account as a Bonus. It takes a few days to show up in your Paypal.
