No Holds on PayPal Account

Hi Everyone,

I received an email from PayPal 2 days ago saying i was an established seller and i now have instant payments.

received an order tonight and there is holds again, not sure why they even sent the email if there just gonna hold my funds. will this last long?

seems like i have had this happen before and a few days later there was instant payments.

I also checked the funds availability and it said December 31, 1969???
