Please what happens when PayPal limits your account but decides to refund your remaining balance in check; is the check made out to the registered name on the account? If so, how do you cash the check if it's in a made up name?

You don't have a bank account attached to the PayPal?

I do. Will they remit funds to that bank account like they usually do when I withdraw? I read somewhere that they send you a check in the mail instead.

After 180 days you can withdraw the funds to your bank, not sure where you read that they send a check....You can request a check but if you have a bank and 180 days have passed then just withdraw the money to the bank attached to the PayPal.
