Hello, I have read some of forum about "this number doesn't appear to be registered in your name"

I have $7000 PayPal acct for 8 month sale on ebay stealth with NO bank acct link to withdraw. I want to pay $3500 invoice that I purchase other seller who sent me Paypal invoice. I added new phone# on PayPal, I get message "this number doesn't appear to be registered in your name" I brought At&T Go phone PRE-Paid cell phone which cost $20, but it stated "this number doesn't appear to be registered in your name"

1. Is it true that when add phone number will not recognize it for at least 60 days? Will it work after 60 day?

2. Has anyone try to pay PayPal invoice without bank acct link?

You have $7,000 in a PayPal with no Bank Account? can I ask why not?

And as for the Phone Number, it can take up to 30 days for PayPal to recognize the number.

Because I already have 18 eBay stealth acct with Papal with all 18 diff bank acct. So I have few more eBay stealth with no bank link... I can't opened more bank to accept mismatch..

You stated it will accept at least 30 day to verify phone, correct?

From what I have read of other people's experience...yes, around 30 days but I'm not 100% sure....hopefully someone with more experience can chime in.

ok Thanks. I will wait until 30 day from now.. I hope it should be work without adding bank acct. Crossing my finger.. I will keep in post when the time come..

Anyone know why it takes so long? Im adding phones with the correct names from the get go and Im still getting that message.

Same problem here. Does waiting it out for 30 days eventually make the problem go away?
