PayPal Lied to me?
 

Hi Everyone,

I received an email from PayPal 5 days ago saying " I was an established seller and that Payments I receive from now on will be instantly available" I received 3 orders and there still holding my money. They lied to me, usually after I get this email there are no more holds.

Were the new sales a lot higher than previous sales?

Yes some sales were higher than others and I'm behind on getting some orders shipped, It's hard to ship items out when there holding all the money and I can't place the orders with my suppliers

About how much higher? if it's a lot higher than previous sales....that will do it. PayPal gets nervous when you sell for example....$10 items, then take in a $500 payment....they will hold the $500. This is mainly to stop people from doing a "Dump and Run".

I had just updated my inventory too, hopefully the holds will fall off soon once i get all my orders shipped.

Same thing happened on 1 of my stealth accounts but I did not have any higher priced items all was the same. I notice paypal holds 75%-90% of my payments and then let the other payments go through. I don't understand them sending this email saying no more holds but right after that email they are still holding your money.
