PayPal Limitation
 

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I purchased a PayPal/eBay account from a seller on this platform. I received an email from PayPal today that my acct is now limited due to unusual activity. I have only had 7 transactions on it totally just over £100.

I tried logging in to PayPal to find out what the issue is, but it is not accepting my password. It is basically stating they are unable to verify the acct. Will anyone know why that is? As I need to access the acct in case I need to issue a refund. Thank you.
