PayPal buyers account

So PayPal doesn't want me to pay my Chinese suppliers using their service either.

I'm sure getting hold of a buyers account shouldn't be difficult but I'm looking to buy inventory from my Chinese suppliers for thousands of dollars.

Anyone got any suggestions?
