Instant confirming bank?
 

Setting up my first stealth paypal.

I went in and set up my new bank at a local credit union, when activating on paypal it said it'll take 1-2 days for the deposit to authenticate (As usual) or I can use online login and confirm instantly.

I am just going to be patient and wait out the 1-2 days, but wanted to check is instant confirmation is okay for stealth? I'd assume no, because then they can see the real information you registered with at the bank.

Also, I didn't see this mentioned in the ebay stealth guide.. Is it wise to wait until both bank AND CC are CONFIRMED by paypal before creating the ebay account? Or does it matter. I would assume that if you let both confirm before ebay you have a better chance at higher limits?

Best to wait for the deposits. in my PERSONAL opinion, I had accounts do instant verification then get limited.

Although they claim to use 'third party' verification sources, its too much of a risk
