Get Paypal Debit card with Stealth Account

Hi guys, how can I do this?

Im also thinking of purchasing a new "stealth" account BUT instead of someone choosing a random name put my name on it, incorporate an LLC, turn it into a business account and put EIN instead of SSN in order to get the card.

You cannot.
To get the paypal debit card you need to provide the account holder's SSN then have it delivered to a physical address in the US. An EIN will not work for this purpose.
