Calling PayPal

If you call PayPal using SpoofCard or a similar service are they able to track your location or will they know you are using a Number Spoofing service? I need to contact PayPal and it needs to appear that I am in a different country to which I am.
(Can't use skype computer setup won't allow for it) ):

I can't say anything for certain about spoofing an international number but I know it works flawlessly for calling in on USA accounts.

The worst that can happen is the rep will ask to "call you back to confirm your number." If they get suspicious and tell you that, then you're done.

I need to be seen as calling from Lithuania. If they can see my location though or can see that I am spoofing my number then it is going to look suspect.

I would look into a phone forwarding service....just so you know, PayPal will be able to tell if it's a VOIP service no matter how good of a service you use. I've called PayPal using a VOIP service and really never had a problem doing so.

Do you recommend any phone services specifically?

Re: Calling PayPal

Who said anything about VOIP? Not all spoofing is done via VOIP and I honestly don't think Paypal is able to tell if you're spoofing your number regardless. Otherwise they would just ask to call you back every time you call in with a spoofed number. Every time I call in on any of my accounts it's with a spoofed number and they've gone as far as letting me add a new bank account. Would they really allow people to add bank accounts to Paypal's if they knew the number was spoofed? Doubt it, lol.

@OP - All you can do is try.

phaz0rz, if you don't mind me asking what spoofing service did you use?

I used spoofcard about 10 times until there was an issue with my debit card. Had a bad experience with their customer service and decided to shop elsewhere. Lately I've been using a service called Itellas.

I've called in (Ebay) on two different accounts for limit increases once per month for the past 4 months now, using Itellas.

From my personal experiance, Paypal doesnt' seem to care about your calling number at all. Blocking your caller ID is suffice.
