Stealth Paypal account limited because paypal asking for my EIN

Paypal recently limited my account and ebay customers cannot buy any items anymore. paypal is asking for my EIN number. how do I get that?? shouold it be LLC or can be sole proprietorship??

Welcome to the forums. Best to go to the IRS website to get the EIN. As for LLC or sole proprietorship, jeffweico, yankee and few others have a lot of good posts about it.
