Delay in recieving paypal funds

Hi guys long story short i sold an item on ebay got paid thru paypal the buyer received the item nov 10th the funds was suppose to be released nov 13th according to the estimated date on paypal and its the nov 15th obviously... Is this normal or something i should be worried about????

I would let it sit for a couple more days and if you get real antsy about it you can always call in, but of course there is the risk factor.
