Hi,

Just have couple questions need help:
1, when i update my EIN to paypay to change it to business account, there is a step that required my last 4 digit SSN (my ssn associated with a suspended account), how should i do?

2, The address, should Paypal registered address same as LLC registered address? i used my home address to open my LLC ( home address associated with suspended account as well), can i use another address, like a rental mailbox address (it shows a street name, #, like a real address)?

3, For a LLC business account, who will be 1099 form receiver? LLC or llc owner? my problem is all my personal info has been used on suspended account, i can not provide all my personal info to paypal
