Same paypal - 2 different ebay

Hi, if I use my PayPal account for 2 different eBay accounts, every account on different VPS and different names/address and everything, is still any way that the accounts can be linked one to each other? because this is the same paypal?
Because now eBay and PayPal are separate, what do you think?

I'm talking about account with account manager.
I have now one account and I want to add new management account.

I don't care if they got linked, this eBay with account manager, the question is if there is a chance they can close my account.

LOL, what do you think happens when they link accounts? usually they are limited,banned, closed.

One of them can't be closed never, do you know what is account manager on ebay
