New paypal same info limited one

i had my paypal limited since 2 years ..... three months ago successfully sign up new account with same info (( same name , same address . different bank account . different phone number m & of course different pc IP address )) ... to mak sure everything is OK i called paypal ,may agent tell me something about my account when he reviews it , i asked him ⊗⊗⊗⊗ question just to let him check my account , after short conversation he assured account is healthy nothing is wrong on it .....
NOW , want to sell on EBAY , i sign up new ebay account , deleted old one .... linked new one to new paypal successfully ...
BUT still scare when start to sell paypal detect all my info matches info in old limited account ..

**** ANY EXPERIENCE , SAME SITUATION THERE *****

You will get linked within a few weeks if you have used the same name and same address.

Big difference between selling and buying using that account.
As long as the account is used for buying only and does not receive any payments (be it for ebay sales or otherwise) you wont have any problems.
Start selling and its a different story altogether. I agree with what Jamesnorth said but will differ in my opinion on one thing only - it will be far shorter than a few weeks for your account to be limited. Using your name and address gave paypal a hard link to your limited account and that link will be discovered the first time you receive a payment since that is when the paypal Bots get to work and check for possible links - and yours is the easiest one to discover.
if you want to sell on ebay then you will need to go full stealth with an entirely new set of info and details. Its not as difficult as you might think. That's what this forum is all about.
