When will I need to address selling linit
 

So I bought an eBay and PayPal on here. All going well I think. Starting slowly and am already withdrawing money 3-4 weeks after starting to list.
However my PayPal was bought without the selling limits removed as I was struggling to pay the £50 for the documents needed. So when will I need to lift these? And what will PayPal ask me for? I D in the name of my stealth account? I have £3,500 selling limit on eBay but only look to sell about £1000-1500 at the very most each month.

The £1650 they will ask for them but will not limited the account

Around the £2100 mark they will limit the account and they will have to be supplied to unlock the account again
