Withdrawing from paypal to another paypal questions
 

I got my eBay acct suspended a month ago. Thankfully due to the guide I was able to get back on ebay.

I have a brand new paypal acount and another account that was used for the suspended ebay but paypal is not limited.

Now that I have some funds available $500 range, will I be able to send this fund to my old paypal account? Or will that get me linked?

If, I were to withdraw that amount to the bank acct that is associated to it, will paypal ask me for some sort of verification over the phone? I used a GV to verify for paypal fyi. I'm asking thus because I read somewhere that someone was asked to be verified on the phone even though they used it initially when creating the account to be verified and somone suggested to use a phone emulator and transfer through the app as thus prevents any of that sort of matter.

Sending the funds to your old Paypal account is very risky and could result in the death of both Paypal accounts.

You need to simply withdraw the $500 to a bank account. I've never had issues with, nor have I ever heard of anyone else having issues with, withdrawing Paypal funds to a bank account.

Don't send it as family or friend, make it look like you made a purchase to the account you want to send it to
