help with paypal

alright i am going to start a new account with friends name and SSN# but i want to use my bank account and stuff how do this work? can i just open an account under my name an put it on his paypal account will paypal find out and limit me?

There are a few banks thar do not care what the name is, on the paypal account. I use BOA and it has accepted my stealth deposits fine. BOA is my preffered bank.
