Proof of identity related question
 

Hello everyone,

I just got an email from Paypal saying that I need to provide some personal info to proof my identity.

The reason is "You're about to reach this milestone with the total transactions on your account approaching your account limit"

When I click on the Provide your personal info I have two options:

Proof of identity (clicking on this I have to provide National ID)

Proof of address (clicking on this - utility bils, etc)

I'm not taking any moves yet. First of all just wanted to ask, does it mean I have to choose only one option or both of them must be filled.

And is there a time frame within which I have to provide all the info? Cuz I'm having some troubles with getting proof of the address and it's gonna take about a day or two.

could someone please point me out where I can read about accounts transaction limits? Or share the info here.

I just want to know for the future how many transaction I'm allowed to conduct without being asked for addition documents (tax id, etc) or what is the amount of money I can receive over the year. I would rather slow down my selling or diverse it than got asked for the docs.

I know the limits might be different depending on the region/account history/account type, but maybe there is some general numbers for personal, verified, aged accounts?
