Hi, I want to be a seller of digital goods, so I want get payments from PayPal. But i know about problem chargebacks PayPal, when some people request a refund, explaining that payment was sent they didn't. SCAMMERS.

There is actually no way. Everyone using PayPal is susceptible to it. Even reputable companies refuse to accept PayPal from members who are new etc.

You just need to find the balance - is it worth the risk?

With digital items, I assume (in most cases) the profit margins are high enough for you to take a few hits?

There is no 100% way to protect yourself against these sorts of things unfortunately!

Choose who you sell to carefully to minimise the risk
