Default Help! Attempt at a Stealth Account

Just a little background information, paypal limited my account before (months ago) for something little that I don't even recall. I've just started or attempted a stealth account like a week ago but I'm running into a bit of a dilemma...

I found a way to bypass the 21 day hold process from buyers, however even now that the money is in my available balance whenever I try to purchase anything online or even send funds it gives me an error message. I've called and they said that its basically their security system stopping it due to not being able to "confirm" my identity, despite my number, email, etc. being confirmed.

They then transfer me to an identity specialist, or whatever they called it, only to attempt to ask me security questions. However since its a stealth account, none of my info is real so there is no SSN or security questions they could possibly ask me. Now I have a little over $300 just sitting in an account...

Ideas? Tips? Help?

P.S. The weird thing is that before this, it had let me transfer $87 to my actual bank account... Now it just gives me generic error messages like "Sorry we're not able to process your request at this time, please try again later."

UPDATE: I emptied my cookies on my browser (Chrome) and the transfer went through, I'd recommend doing this if you are seeing the same error message

Before calling for a stealth account make sure you have all that data on a sheet

Trying to get around normal Paypal holds is a good way to kill a Paypal account. New accounts have payment holds for a reason.

Is there a particular reason you can't just wait a week for your money to release?

Paypal isn't stupid and it's obvious they are aware of your workaround, otherwise you wouldn't be having problems. Best advice I can offer is stop trying to bypass their systems before they limit you again. :(

Yeah but I assume that the hold is to limit risk on their side in order to cover any costs associated with chargebacks, items not being shipped, etc. However if someone sends a payment as a gift/to a friend then there should be no reason for them to hold the funds

The problem persisted in getting the funds transferred to my bank account, not my available balance in paypal. However I solved the problem by just emptying my cookies on my browser.

It's only a temporary fix at best. Receiving regular gift payments is another surefire way to get your account closed, because you're bypassing Paypal's fees.
