How to bypass personal information page

Hello,

PP is asking me for SSN, EIN or TIN from a stealth personal account.

I choosen EIN which needs to upgrade to a business account,

I entered everything about my company and it asks me for Last 4 digits of SSN, DOB and address.

I tried to enter 2 sets of SSN and it shows "We’re sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again."

Any solution or it's done?

They will match the info you enter to the birth date to check the info for identity verification.

No they wont. It's probably just a glitch. Wait a few days an try again.

I provided my company EIN and waiting for approve.

Does that mean I dont have to provide my SSN?

Fund still on hold.
