Paypal First Sale + 60 days
 

As we know 60 days needed to remove 21 days holds after First sale.

Do you know guys if i send an invoice to another paypal and make payment back, will it be considered as sale for 60 days start?

Not true actually.
The 'minimum' requirements to remove the 21 day hold are:
1. 90 day from first sale (not 60)
2. 25 successful transactions,
3. $250 in total transactions amount.
And those are only minimum requirements and no one is guaranteeing you the holds will be removed after that.
In addition the holds can be placed back on at any moment for any reason.

Those are Ebay requirements, not paypal.

eBay has higher requirements than PP, I suggest follow eBay guidelines for 21day hold removal and you will be better of...not guaranteed though...

Sometime hold can be removed earlier then given time period
if there is no dispute or something like that

21 day holds is a mystery from what I've seen.. some accounts have no holds, others have holds on everything, some have holds after a certain dollar amount (and that varies greatly)

There really isn't a pattern from what I've seen.

Thanks for replies already, but i still didnt get an advice

Since i have bulk paypal accounts and want to save them for future rotations, just looking for a way to start Paypal's 60 days count back with any tricky way.

When you sell on a marketplace like ebay, bonanza, etsy , its considered as first sale. But do you know guys any other way i can do by myself to start this 60 days. For example sending invoice to another paypal member etc.

Some country still have no hold and on the top is Germany account as i have heard
