Transaction declined 9302
 

Hi, I m trying to cash out from a site to paypal. The amount is $165.
I checked the cashout status today and it said transaction declined by paypal error code 9302. I asked them what to do and they told me that the problem is on my end.
Shoul I request another cashout and wait to see if it goes through next time(eta 3 days) or should I give them a call?
PS before i cashed out on the same PP account and it worked

Theirs, I don't know but I know last time it worked.

Im not withdrawing anything. A site is sending me a cashout and when they do they receive this error

For technical issues like this, you really have no choice but to call them.

Yeah course it was solved after i gave them more money.
Story? I had $165 on their site. At the cashout feature u can select $100 withdraw, $50, $25, $10, $5. Of couse you cant add them(for example request a 165 withdraw).
So I had to request a $100 wdraw, a 50, 10 and 5$. It takes 3 days for cashout to arrive, both times it failed with the same error. They told me to verify my account and **** like this then try 1-hour cashout - their newest feature, and they take 5% fee(additional).
Ofc I didn't verify any account and I requested their 1-hour cashout and surprise..it worked..
