withdrawing after 180
 
the bank I was using on the account is no longer active

am I ok to just delete the account - then add a new one?

or should I keep the old one and just add the new one as well?

so I tried to add the new without removing the old.

'We cannot process your request'

so I tried to remove the old first,

'We cannot process your request'


ughhhhhh

help? will I have to call in?

yes you have to call and have them manually add the bank account.

it's stealth- will they ask any odd questions or should it be straight forward?

should I say my the bank attacched currently is no longer active?

or just ask to have an extra added...

also... i logged into the account again and went to the resoltuon centre.

i got the email today saying my funds were availble for withdrawal, but in the resolution centre it says i can't withdraw

anyway it isn't possible for me to even attempt a withdrawl

guess i'll block my number and call up

if the withdraw option is still got a X in the resolution centre, only paypal can remove that and they are most likely going to ask you for ID to get it removed.

i just rang up and they said they had to tick a few boxers on their side and to wait 10mins before adding a new bank... waited and withdrew succesfully

Interesting... I always thought those were glitches as some of our wise forum members have called it..

Nope! It's done on purpose.. for security reasons maybe.

So a regular rep couldn't help but a supervisor was able to override the settings and allowed me to add my account.
