How much money can I keep in USA PP?

I have a personal USA PP account. Does anyone know the amount I can keep in my paypal until it gets limited?

For German PP, its around 1800 euros. What's the limit for USA PP. Please let me know if anyone knows.

I believe $20,000 PayPal will request EIN/SSN, after 3 times requesting this info they may limit the account.

You should only ever keep enough money that you will not miss if PayPal limits your account.

Operate carefully and try to give PayPal no reason to make a limitation.

I don't get why people want to load up their PP, all you're doing is taking a risk at losing the money

I like to keep enough in the PayPal to cover a couple refunds and enough to cover ebay seller fees. You should take the rest out. PayPal can limit you for any reason without ever giving you a real reason why.

Their T&A pretty much sums up that you rest your balls in their hand(s) and they can grasp whenever they see fit.

The more money you keep, the more the chance it will get limited. 20k will trigger the limitation 100%

don't tempt paypal into limiting your account so that they can use your funds for 180 days (sometimes forever)
