 Worst countries to setup a Stealth PayPal account?
We should start a list. I can put 3
Italy/Romania - huge amounts of frauds coming from those countries. you can get limited really fast. Also there are not so many business in Romania that are earning more then 5000$/month for example, so you can get limited even faster.
USA - same, huge amounts of frauds. if a Nigerian/Romanian would like to fraud he will create USA accounts in order to appear more real.
also for USA - in case they limit they can ask for SSN witch you can't get. (or i am wrong, and you can generate one?!)
If account is new/unused in USA you can easy get "Sorry we can't send your payment right now". It's like the only country on earth where you can't send a small amount from a real IP.  I also saw many people saying that in US you get an requirement for documents usually after passing a 1500-2000$ limit. Don't know if it's true,or it's because of their setup/IPs used.
