And I didn't even ask him to do so........ I did have to wait 180 days tho.........
I feel like a Billion Bucks right now! Hope this gives out hope!
| One time I had a negative account. Something small like -80. So i called them, and they lifted my limitation for ONLY 2 hours to be able to add a card and pay what i owe.
Had to call 50 people... they all told me "send a CHECK to US" ... yeah sure...
the only problem was i am living in EUROPE and I could not get an USA CHECK .. our banks do not have 'routing numbers" but IBANS.
A bank asked me 150$ just to issue an echeck from citibank ... with paypal would not accept as it was not in my name...
Anyway in all this time there was a lady who wrote me e-mails that they (PAYPAL) want to TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS against me for breaking their TOS.
Even if the dispute was "unauthorized transaction" ... anyway ...
I had recorded a few calls that i can not add my VISA card to pay ... just to be safe if they want to take "legal actions" |
