I want to make a purchase with paypal
 

i want to make a purchase something from a website and they only take paypal payment. It is a telephone service provider so once i make the payment I will receive my minutes. I want to know is there a prepaid card i can use or vcc that will work to make the payments without worrying about a decline?

Or maybe someone where would be willing to login my account and make the payments with their paypal from their pp balance from their sales and I will pay them in btc for what i spent in PP.
