PayPal Holds

Hello I have an Etsy shop that has many transactions and a large history and the paypal account that is associated with this account has no 21 day holds.
If I start selling on ebay now, will paypal still hold these ebay transactions for 21 days?
Or are the holds gone for ebay because they have been lifted due to my etsy transactions? Thanks for the help everyone.
