Is this a concern for paypal!?

When adding the credit card it ask me for my billing address now what do I do for this if I'm using a vanilla visa card or vcc because don't they verify the card by address or am I stressing over this for nothing I'm trying to start up a new account and this is a little concerning to me.

all paypal sees is the zip code on the vannila visa. put your stealth address in there, but make sure you have the stealth zip connected to the card 1st. You'll be good to go.

I wish sometimes people would do a little research and use the search function to find the answer to their question. Most of your answers can be found within 5 minutes or so.
