Paypal can't add bank account

I'M HAVING ISSUES ADDING A BANK ACCOUNT TO A FEW OF MY PAYPAL ACCOUNTS ALSO NOT ABLE TO SEND MONEY GIVE ME AN ERROR MESSAGE
''"Sorry, we are not able to process your request.TRY AGAIN" any reason why or resolution this is happening guys

I had an issue not being able to link a bank account to a limited account that had its funds eligible for withdrawal. I rang them up and in my case they intentionally displayed them error messages and they had to call head office to change it for me

It work Classic Site. Once you login Paypal acct, you click lower left corner .

Over the past couple of weeks I have found this to be true and a good work around. Seems this error has been popping up a lot more lately.
