eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Ebay Dispute on a new account.

I have a new account and bought from ebay some electronics that were not shipped to me. My account is unverified. I read some rumors that paypal will ask for ID when you open disputes. is it true? account got only 3 payments in and a paymet of around 1500$ to the ebay guy.
His prices were very nice, and I said "Why not?! I am protected anyway." should i get open the dispute?!

Yes open a dispute. $1500 is not a little amount. If they ask ID just provide them

If Yes, then contact buyer and resolve with buyer. Most case buyer will send and it may just be delay with courier as this is a festive period.

If you buy things from China on ebay track all your items. 25 to 50% of them will not be shipped. Those sellers just hope you will forgot. I once bought 30 ties and i forgot about thrm 8 months later had to go to a wedding... and i was "wtf 30++ tiea i bought from 10 sellers from china".

Just take care with them. They are sneaky! You can't leave them negavatives because the shipping time for china is set at 60 days..and so on
