New Computer, IP address Same ISP

sorry guys for my question but i am really out of these issues .... i bought new PC , use same ISP ... is that safe enough to log in my new Paypal as my old one was limited permanently ..THANKS

Did you change your ip address by resetting your router? If yes that should be enough, and you didn't need a new PC can just make new user accounts or use vmware

rest your router anyway.

before you do take note of your ip address.

then reset router.

then check if ip changed.

reason: sometimes ip providers/routers don't change ip when reset & just to be safe :)
