A big problem now - VISA card are blocked due to new policy

Visa updated their new policy and requires that all cards need to be verified with documents otherwise cards will be blocked indefinitely without documents. But all accounts are stealth at all. How to solve that? Thank you very much!

Visa updated their policy that cards need to be verified if any 3rd party funds incoming to the card such as paypal card withdrawal otherwise the card will be blocked. Documents need to be sent to them (ID and address proof) to get the card verified. I know there are a lot of sellers use card withdrawal. But we are all stealth. How do we have documents sending to VISA? :(

Havnt heard of that policy myself.
Is it possible it is only for the specific company issuing the specific VISA card youre using? noone else has complained about this so that might be the case meaning you just need to switch to a different card.

Loadoo card in this marketplace also stated that.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due new AML regulations, from the 15.11.2016 in order to use PayPal withdrawal feature, you should fully verify your account. Attempts to withdraw into an unverified card will cause it to block.

In many countries (USA included) you can not withdraw to a card. So this is not a blanket policy, but only seems to be effecting some countries/PayPal accounts.

It's like a bank saying that they will not allow mismatch name deposits....only in this case is for those VISA/MC that allow for deposits to CC/Debit Cards.

Re: A big problem now - VISA card are blocked due to new policy

This is a new policy. The funds are out from paypal and placed in the card already. But visa blocks cards when seeing funds from paypal and requests for ID and address proof to get the card verified. It affects all card withdrawal and it is not related to paypal actually. No problem and no suspension from paypal. It is the problem from the side of visa/card company, not paypal.

Sounds like it is related to your specific VISA card to be honest. Many different companies issue VISA cards and they all have their own policies. Sounds like yours is implementing a harsh one. Doesnt mean they all do.
