forgot my password to google voice

i used google voice to make my paypal account.

so now i need to change my number and i out of ideas..

last time i used a prepaid verizon phone to change my number, it said it wasnt registered to my name... so im not sure how to get a new number i am from usa... what are my options... so when i add a number its regisered to my name...

no i havent. is that the type of phone to use with paypal? does it ask for social secuity so i can register my name to it? etc.
