i try to send to another paypal
ans i have a message, that i can not transfer for the moment
but for what raisons ??? i don't know
someone have experience for help me please ?

It's Paypal's anti-money laundering security measures that are stopping you from sending the money.

Wait a few days and try again. Don't try to send as much either. Start off with smaller amounts.

FYI, sending money to another Paypal as a "withdraw method" usually doesn't end well in the long term.

my account is verified, mail, phone, and vcc
but i have heard that paypal hold money 21 days ???

You will know if the money is being held as it will not be in your available balance

I don't think that is the issue in this case

Why not just add a bank account and withdraw to that?
