How to set up EIN/LLC when using a friends name and info
Successful ebay and paypal using a friend's correct information (they of course agreed to do this) and now want to set up an LLC and EIN to make paying taxes easier, etc. in my name. What names do I use to set up LLC, mine and his to not make pp aware, or just mine, etc. Now it's all in his name and I am responsible for the taxes but it's become a nightmare. Would like to change before the end of the year. Any advise?? |
