Withdrawal limit or glitch?
 

I recently had to upgrade my Paypal account to a business account because of an SSN request. I added the EIN and the account functioned properly. Now, I am getting a withdrawal limit. When I go to manually enter the already verified bank account, it will not work. It claims the bank account is already verified. The bank account is listed as confirmed and verified on the main banking screen. Also, I noticed there is no credit or debit card any longer. Is this the problem? The original VCC is not there anymore, as it is listed as good til 2021.

Also, there are three pending withdrawals, but not obvious account limitations. Is it because of the queue of withdrawals?
