However alot of question marks arise and hopefully I can get help from you experienced. Never had an issues with banned ebay but paypal is the problem.
I know how to "work up" the paypal in terms of not selling expensive or high volume and slowly but surely and always let things cool off...

Since I been having troubles with paypal before I figure to purchase the balance up and only leave 100 usd in there to avoid further issues. Alot of shops take paypal and I can sell things easy to get cash especially with receipt anf brand new wanted items like iphones and ipads etc.

Is it ok to open a paypal and only connect bank account but not CC? Or not even link a bank nor CC? (As Im looking just to sell and purchase for the funds)

Do you have to verify both CC and bank account to avoid potential trouble?

Withdrawals bring attention unless you do minor withdrawals. So question is without registrating a CC or bank account can you spend larger sums every month from paypal?

OP: your method is risky.

Any PayPal needs to be trusted by PayPal. (A lie within itself but another story ;) )

You should have a verified and confirmed account .

Have you bank accounts for US Paypal if this is what you use.

So you are telling me to change IP to a US IP for ebay US use as its less risky with them?

No, I asked about bank accounts which are part of verifying PayPal

Even though your flag is Swedish, you may be using PayPal in another country.


Even with the items you propose to buy, you have chênes of troubles.
