Need serious help with virtual gift card
 

Guys, I need some help here.

First of all, I have read the book.

I need the virtual visa card. The kind that sends number to my email. I am not a US resident, and now live in Hong Kong. I tried giftcards, it asks for SSN. I tried simons, but it always tells "the system is unavailable, please try later". I cannot just walk out to 7/11 or walgreen to grab a card like you guys do. I want to make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, so I cannot ask the company to mail me the card.

Is there anywhere I can buy a working virtual visa card (delivers to my email) online that don't ask for my SSN?

but entropay work for both of ebay and pp in my country

I have the bank account of BOA. But I don't want to use the debit visa card of the account, as there has address binded with it. I will have to use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address.

Does cards from VisaVCC work well? Is that I can use any address with it. It is claimed to work worldwide. Looks a little bit too powerful for me. I may have to give it a shot tomorrow.

With visavcc.com you dont have to register the card, as in type your address for it. It automatically works for any address. I had never heard of a card like that until I tried it, and it worked fine.

really, it is worth trying once, its isnt expensive, I dont understand how it works either with no avs, but it does, like magic, try it and post back, if it works for you it will work for some of the lesser known countries on this forum and you will be helping others too (and buying earlt a yacht!)

why didnt register at your country?

I will get a proxy. Registration in HK is hard, and becomes impossible if you get once blocked.

Every seller account will go through a manual check from the very beginning. We will have to submit copies of our ID, utility bill, and even a life photo recently taken.
