permanently banned and locked out of paypal

has anyone ran into an issue where they receive an email from pp saying your account will be permanently closed. Then when you try to log in it wont let you and tells you to contact them?

Is there any tricks to getting my funds out?! Ive tried calling a few times they want all sorts of documents..
