What should I do? Refund sent from bank -> paypal
 

I accidentally refunded a buyer who wanted to cancel an order.

Didn't realize a chargeback had been initiated for a return causing a small negative balance. I should've kept a higher balance in the PP.

So paypal took the funds from my bank acct for the refund :(

What should I do? Is this account TOAST??? Right now the refund and debit is showing up pending in both my pp history and bank acct history.

Its not toast, but PayPal can manually check the name that was on the bank account associated with the account.

At this point, open another account and nurture it if you don't already have backups.

Other than that, just use the account as normal, ensuring you don't do anything to flag it up for manual review.
